Zero Tolerance Policy:
Meekula (developed by MATT SOLE CO., LTD) strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for all users and protecting children from any form of harm, exploitation, or abuse.
1. Strict Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
Any content, behavior, or activity involving or promoting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on Meekula, including but not limited to:
- Uploading, transmitting, distributing, or soliciting images, videos, audio, or text depicting or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Any form of child grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate communication directed toward or involving minors.
- Commercial exploitation or trafficking involving minors.
- Sharing links, metadata, or instructions intended to facilitate access to CSAE or CSAM content.
2. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To ensure strict enforcement of this policy, Meekula employs active moderation and review procedures:
- Immediate Removal: Any reported or detected content violating child safety standards is immediately and permanently removed.
- Permanent Termination: Any user account found to have posted, transmitted, or attempted to share CSAE/CSAM content will be permanently banned with zero tolerance.
- Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting: In compliance with global regulations, all instances of CSAE and CSAM are immediately reported to law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
3. How to Report Violations
We encourage any user who encounters suspicious content or child safety concerns to report it immediately through:
- In-App Reporting: Use the report button on any post, ad, or business profile within the Meekula application.
